RIG360

Support

RIG360 is a digital pre-start check, fault report and lift plan tool for cranes, forklifts, trucks and plant.

Your company sets up its fleet and team on the RIG360 web dashboard. Workers download the app, create an account, and enter their company's join code to start running checks. The app itself is free and contains nothing to buy.

Need help? Email contact@rig360.app and we'll come back to you.

Deleting your account

You can delete your RIG360 account and its associated data at any time.

In the app: open RIG360 and sign in, go to the Settings tab, then tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately — you do not need to ask us.

By email, if you can't sign in or you've uninstalled the app: email contact@rig360.app from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my RIG360 account". We action these within 30 days and confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted: your account and sign-in credentials, your name and profile details, and your membership of your company. Your account is removed from our live systems immediately and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days.

What is kept, and why: the pre-start checks, lift plans and fault reports you submitted are workplace health-and-safety records belonging to your company, not to your personal account. They stay with the company so it can meet its record-keeping obligations, and your name remains on the records you signed — the same as a signed paper checklist. If you want those removed too, the company's account holder has to request it, as they control that data.

Common questions

"No Active Plan" — your company's account isn't active yet. Whoever manages it can sort that out on the web dashboard, and the app unlocks for everyone on your company code as soon as they do.

"Invalid join code" — codes are six characters and are shown on the dashboard's Team page. Ask whoever set up your company.

A check won't send — the app queues checks when there's no signal and sends them once you're back in range. Nothing is lost.
